Our seitan and mushroom loaf is mouth wateringly tender. Wrapped in our handmade shortcrust pastry and filled with a festive stuffing of bulgur wheat, roast pumpkin, veggies, sultanas, toasted walnuts and herb blend.

Roast comes frozen for you to simply defrost and reheat on Christmas day. 
 
Cooking instructions:
Defrost completely, then reheat, wrapped in foil, in the oven on 160 degrees for 50 minutes, then another 20 minutes uncovered.
